The syllabus page shows a table-oriented view of the course schedule and the basics of course grading. The bottom portion of this page automatically populates and updates anytime you add an event, assignment, discussion board, or quiz. Because of this functionality, this page behaves differently than a traditional course syllabus.
The top portion of this page is fully editable. You may add important course information here if you wish. Be aware that you do not want to add too much information, otherwise the students will have to scroll too far to see the automatically populated content. It is recommended that you use hyperlinks to additional content such as your Course Goals page and the Course Guidelines & Student Expectations page.
