December 4 All prior approval corrections/omissions are due.

January 10 FINAL Deadline for ALL student project entries into STEMWIZARD

January 16 School Registration and fees due AND Inventory Forms due with rankings. FINAL deadline for sponsor review of STEMWIZARD entries

January 18 Category Selection Committee

January 21 Notification of errors/omissions and disqualifications

January 27, 11:59 pm ePOSTMARK DEADLINE for corrections/omissions NO EXCEPTIONS

February 7 Project numbers assigned by this date.

February 24 11:59 pm Release to Judges Milestone component due March 4 Projects released to the judges.

Fair Week – March 10-14

Monday – set up 4-7pm -bring hard copies of the Exhibitor Identification Form, Final Abstract, and Waivers

Tuesday – Judging with interviews 9:30 – 11:30 @ Messiah College (school transportation)

Tuesday by 6 pm grand champion call-back notifications

Wednesday- 9 – 12:30 Grand Champion Judging

Wednesday and Thursday open to public

Thursday 6:45 pm Award Ceremony Messiah College ---Remove displays BEFORE ceremony
